@Jeremy Robles We are currently working with the two above that Rick has mentioned. We are in the quote and scope of work phase. So I don’t have any real experience yet to pass on.

@Jeanette De Boer - I found an old post you had about Cabo rentals. Are you still living there? I’m interested in investing there. Can we connect?

I imagine they want that so that they will know that the insurance payments are being kept up.

Hi Rick, I just finished outfitting a 2/1 and spent $2500. I bought most things except the beds second hand. It is some work to get stuff second hand because it takes lots of shopping and negotiating and hauling. Conversely, I made friends recently with someone who outfitted a 2/2 all from Amazon and ikea and he spent $5000. Call me to talk about the details.

Post: How to set new addresses on a multifamily??

I can answer for San Antonio, although it May be different in Dallas.  If it is in fact zoned multi family then the city services will have separate addresses because of the utilities and billing. In that case they will have unit numbers. If not, you can work with the postal system to assign unit numbers.

Happy to help!  No gift card needed. I’m an investor, landlord/pm, and lender.

@Tanner Foy Most of these responses you are getting are spot on. Turn the tables - your profiles says you are in construction - if someone came to you and said “would you build me a fence?” But didn’t know when, how big, what type or any budget in mind, how could you help? You’d say, come to me with the actual project and I can start to build a plan. Best offer luck to you!
