Hi Brandon: now that's a loaded question there are so many. What is your level of business knowledge currently? What type of business do you want to open ? What types of work or commerce are you currently involved in? 

You will get a great deal of suggestions and help here but it would be helpful to qualify your situation better so you get sent down the right road

Hi Paul: Great plan! I use a tool (app) called Property Evaluator Pro. It will do what you want on a house by house basis and has some very nice features. Check it out.

I'm really surprised the education program you paid such a chunk too has not helped you find a solution to your problem? What was their advice?

MIke you can finance traditionally up to 10 properties including your personal residence. Beyond that you need a portfolio lender ( like above) or a commercial lender ( larger properties etc)

Dorothy, check out the app Property Fixer Pro Version. I haven't used it but use a sister product called Property Evaluator which works great so guessing this may work for you?

I am using Rentec and it works great . I was going to switch to TrueRent as keeps track of value and net worth but they never answered my questions so gave up
