greetings from wintery Alaska. My wife and I live here in Alaska but invest in the greater Phoenix are as our ultimate landing spot here in a few more years. Currently buying SFH in the greater Phoenix area but also interested in multi family and BRRR of either . Currently looking for other investors who would like to move up to some bigger properties and need a partner .
