I'm looking for an Investor friendly real estate broker who is located in the Las Vegas, NV area. This broker would be helping my company launch a new software product in the area within 30 - 60 days. Our product, Privy, is an MLS powered software platform that helps real estate investors and agents find and analyze investment properties more efficiently. Giving them an edge over the competition.

I've used Skipgenie.com. You can do both Bulk lists and one-off's depending on your situation. It's really affordable. Larry Higgins is one of the founders and he does a weekly call with all his users to help them with scenarios and other questions related to real estate investing. I like the personal service.

@Jason Brown Yeah, I was beginning to see that there are tons! That's part of what I'm trying accomplish here. I want to try to avoid having to weed through the bunch to find the good ones. Thanks for the input!

@Joshua Hardy Thanks for the info! Yes, our market is pretty tight. Very little inventory. Everything is getting bid up. Not a great place to be an investor right now.
