Hi Phillip - Congrats on the move! I think it could be a step in the right direction. I'm born and raised here in Colorado. I currently live in an area called Capital Hill. It's a happening spot that's close to downtown Denver. There's tons of things to do in and around the area. One of the major considerations is the price you'e going to want to pay for rent or to buy. That will really narrow or open up your options. Feel free to reach out and we can talk in more detail. Then when you're out here we can bounce around town to check out some of the spots. Let me know your thoughts!

@Ricardo Navarro No, sorry not at the moment. But we are considering adding multi-family at some point down the road. We have a new release of the product coming out in the next 30 days, but we won't have multi-family in that particular release. Are you interested in single family as well?

@Brian Woods Hey! Thanks for the good words :) I would suggest you signup for our blog. We keep out list up to date on new markets. Both Chicago and Indianapolis are imminent! Could be within 60 days or so! What MLS is in the NW Indiana area? We base our areas off MLS coverage areas. Does the Indianapolis MLS cover that area? It's pretty close to Chicago as well!

@Sam P. thanks for the compliment! We're pretty proud of what we've built. Honestly, this is just the tip of the iceberg. We're in development for a new release in April. I'm looking for an Investor friendly real estate broker who is located in the Atlanta, GA area. This broker would be helping my company launch a new software product in the area within 30 - 60 days. Our product, Privy, is an MLS powered software platform that helps real estate investors and agents find and analyze investment properties more efficiently. Giving them an edge over the competition.
