Thank you very much @Ronan Donnelly, been thinking, researching and running the number all day. Looking at the transaction cost involve in selling and taxes. I think the numbers are directing me to cash out refinancing. Whatever money I get out finding funds to add to it and start BRRRRing. Also finds ways to increase that cash flow on the current duplex

Thanks @Andy Webb, @Cameron Tope I like that old saying. I think I'm leaning more towards BRRRRing, but that maybe because I'm reading David Greene book BRRRR right now

New to bigger pockets. So I have had a duplex for the past 10yrs that as appreciated very well in Arlington Tx. Now am ready to sell, and use that equity to  focus more on buying and holding more properties. So here is the question.

With a walk away equity of 100k. Will you recommend moving in a bigger unit, which will tie up my founds, but better cash flow or start BRRRRing?
