New to bigger pockets. So I have had a duplex for the past 10yrs that as appreciated very well in Arlington Tx. Now am ready to sell, and use that equity to  focus more on buying and holding more properties. So here is the question.

With a walk away equity of 100k. Will you recommend moving in a bigger unit, which will tie up my founds, but better cash flow or start BRRRRing?
