Thanks @Oliver Carey. I'm in the market for one, thanks for the info most a saying 75% LTV. The season doesn't apply in this case cuz it an investment property I have own for 12yr.

Yeah I'm trying to do a cash out refinance on an investment property in Arlington by the Cowboys Stadium looking for a 75-80% LTV on it.

In the market for a portfolio lender in the DFW, TX area.

What LTV percentage can you expect on a investment property a duplex. Duplex estimated to be 197,000.00 I have been told from 65-75% does it just very base on the establishment?
