I am currently in the Real Estate Property Management program at Stout, and can say that it is something that I find a lot of enjoyment in. The online learning is less than ideal but the professors are all experienced in the world of real estate, many of which own and manage properties of their own. I am also questioning if a four year degree is worth it as well, but it has definitely been a good learning experience so far.

I also have thought becoming a real estate agent, but I am not a very sales oriented person and think that staying in college would probably be a better route for me than that.

Hello everyone, I am currently a second year college student pursuing a degree in Real Estate Property Management at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. I am looking to get into the world of real estate and found that this would be the best way to enter the field. I love my major, and that is a lot to say for someone who is not overly high on school, but I am starting to question how valuable a degree in property management really is, and if there are better ways to get into the industry. Any feedback on the topic would be much appreciated.
