@Tina Thornton @Danny Randazzo highly recommend Byron Elliot of 3Pillars in Castle Rock.  His team runs our DD, title, contract, & securities for $100M in annual acquisitions.  The team is small, but mighty and got their start in trusts and estate work.  https://www.3pillarslaw.com/

@Danny Randazzo @Michael Hudelson we got out of the condo conversion game and the residence game altogether. Once you sell a new condo, you have to manage the HOA for a time and have a contractor's warranty that can last years depending on your jurisdiction that can kill the deal years after its complete. The margins in our market closed up so we don't mess around in that highly litigious strategy anymore.

@Joe Fairless New Announcement! BEC is actively looking for ways to increase your travel and time efficiencies by bringing educators into town for supplemental events before and after the Best Ever Conference!

Gene Guarino, one of the 35 WISDOM ELITE speakers at this year's conference,  and the Residential Assited Living Academy team are hosting an event Sunday morning, February 24th in Denver AFTER the Best Ever Conference concludes.  Ever wanted to know how to massively increase your cash flows by turning your single family home into an assisted living facility?  All Best Ever attendees can attend for FREE by using the code BEC when signing up on ralaevents.com!

Have other educators you've been dying to meet, learn from, or take their class?  Let us know who they are on this thread or by reaching out [email protected] so we can start working with them to bring them into Denver during this and future Best Ever Conferences!

@Bryan Zuetel - yes sir!  We're tripling the amount of networking breakouts this year to 3: random (like last year), by asset class interest, and by geography (investing territory).  This intentionality combined with other networking opportunities (afterparty, meals, etc) should give us a better balance for everyone to find the key people they are looking for this year.

@Travis Sperr thanks for the question! The gents from Spartan Investment Group, Scott Lewis and Ryan Gibson, will be our resident development team on stage.  I just spoke with Scott this morning about his presentation on underwriting a property for a flip vs. scrape and build and due diligence items to consider with ground up development.  This topic will have about one hour of stage time

Excited to announce that Matthew Owens of OCG Properties, Kimberly Smith, the corporate housing savant, and Dave Van Horn, the distressed note veteran have joined the 2018 line-up!  The caliber of folks raising their hand to share their wealth of knowledge just keeps going up!

@Daniel P. sessions are an active mix of panels, presentations, and custom formats with a high tempo cadence averaging only 35 minutes per session.  Last year we heard from residential guys with different investing strategies like lease, commercial guys across a half dozen asset classes, and more technical skills around raising capital, asset protection, development, etc.  Here is an example posted to Facebook.  Reach out with any other questions!  [email protected]

@Giovanni Brown - this is the conference I was talking about.  The ONLY real estate investor's conference where the content is curated based on the expressed needs of the audience
