Hello BP Family! My uncle has a trust with a small apartment community in Colorado Springs. He is doing a 1031 exchange, looking for a property in the 3-6 M range. He is setting up the trust so that my generation inherits it. We are are looking for a great attorney to help us with the contract, due diligence,  and make sure our trust structure is set up effectively for my generation.

Do you have any suggestions for a great attorney, I mean GREAT, in the Colorado Springs or Denver area?

Do you have any suggestions for a great lender, in the Colorado Springs or Denver area?

I am so appreciative for any feedback you can give. Thank you in advance to the BP Community!!!!!

@Tina Thornton I live in Castle Pines and have been very happy with my local attorney, who works out of the DTC in an office near Pappadeaux’s. She focuses on real estate, but her practice also has a partner who focuses on estate planning, so I’m sure they could help you.   For my commercial loans, I use a commercial mortgage broker who has a network of banks across the US. She is awesome. Feel free to PM me for either of their contact info.
