Currently, the real estate market in Georgia is developing, but one of the most thriving cities and a hidden treasure to take a shovel to is Canton, GA. With an average of 66 days on the market, new developments are disappearing off the market very fast. The hottest neighborhoods are Bridgemill, Harmony on The Lakes, Mountain Vista Overlook and Woodmont. There is a wide variety of family-homes and condo, as well as townhomes so make sure to get in touch with some of the best realtors in Canton, GA. Just make sure you’re quick enough and don’t miss out on the many opportunities that Canton, GA has to offer.

Greetings!

If you managed to buy property in Boca Raton that is great. Boca Raton has quite an expensive housing market with an average home price of that is about 30% higher than the average of the state.
This is great news for you because that is going to bring you a really decent monthly income if you are renting. Here are some skilled real estate agents in Boca Raton that can help you all the info you need about the place.

Hello,

I does seem like the place is blooming and the property market is going really well and i have done some research and it seems that there are a lot of job's available in many professions and i myself know a couple of people who relocated there together with their families for better job opportunities and better education for their children. I have been there last year and i really love it, it's location just at the foothills of Ozark mountain range it's going to attract tourists as well.
I would also check with some real estate agents in Bentonville that could help you out with some information, and let me know how it went.

In general, when it comes to student accommodation, families decide what is best for their children. There are three options for student accommodation: dorm, rent or buy. Some choose to remain on campus, in a student dorm. Others, with more financially supportive parents, will decide to rent and share the apartment with a colleague or a roommate. Investing in real estate doesn’t cross student parent’s mind since college is already expensive. But in the long run, if the property is shared with a colleague, is a good investment. Even after the child graduate, that property can be leased out to the next generation... and so on.

When is the best time to invest in real estate for student accommodation? When you feel ready! But to maximize your revenue, you should market your property early enough, so that the students and their parents get a better chance to find you and rent from you. I think buying in November before the holidays is the best timeframe. The future students who know that will attend that particular college will look for accommodation in advance, especially if they move across the country. Local students may start their search a little later, maybe one month before the start of the fall semester.

Actually , nobody really knows what will happen to the real estate market in 2019 but i found 12 Real Estate Trends for 2019 that will definitely happen. So, let’s talk about them:

1. Color Palette: let’s keep an eye on both Pantone’s and Sherwin-Williams colors because these will be the colors trend for 2019 , black and white will definitely disappear from the color palette.

2. Artificial Intelligence: maybe you already know that artificial intelligence helps real estate agents to sell or buy homes , so, it will be the AI the future for real estate?

3. Smart "for sale" signs: Do you use QR codes for real estate signs? If not, I'm telling you that this will definitely be a 2019 trend for real estate agents.

4. Virtual Reality: Some real estate companies have already started testing virtual models of reality properties for selling, so the clients are visiting the properties before buying.

5. Driver-less cars: Will be a great opportunity for realtors to pick clients and bring them to open houses almost like a concierge services.

6. 3D-Printed Homes: is behind the growth and the evolution of the real estate global market in the housing industry.

7. Homelessness Initiatives: In 2019 we believe that homeless housing initiatives will take off to the public eye like never before because of Amazon’s expansion plans (Amazon HQ2).

8. Decrease of the importance of square footage: As we know, square footage is one of the most important factors to consider when buying or selling a home but the trend for the next year is to decrease the importance of square footage.

9. Tiny Homes: If importance of square footage it's no longer a subject of discussion, well tiny homes will be , because many people will want to live in small and luxurious homes .

10. Virginia on Fire: Virginia is a very important political state with 8 presidents of United States born here.

11. New York Problems: New York is one of the most expensive city to live in the US.

12. New Amazon HQ2: I think we all heard of the Amazon HQ2 announcement and the expansion plan for the coming years, so keep in mind what will happen in the future.
