@Scott M. This is what I call A-B category . I currently rent out SFRs but in the future want to expand to Multi unit properties. Maybe its my wrong assumption that only people with lower incomes tend to stay in Multi unit properties, I could be totally off base

How do you all maintain your handymen network? Do you use any app to keep track of their specialities or just rely on apps like thumbtack every single time?

Does Innago post to other sites like Zillow or Redfin?

Is it a myth that you can’t expect to get good credit tenants for multi units? I tried listing a single family property for rent on Zillow myself and all I got were applications with poor credit.

Is it fair to expect the same for multi unit as well? How do you deal with this? What am I doing wrong

@Drew Cheezum Agree on making sacrifices. With a young kid and 9-5 job, may not be the best time to move to a different state but I do heart you on the merits
