 It's got some work that needs to be done that the seller is willing to do. It's in the historical district, probably not going to be a "great" listing but one none the less. I'm going to follow up with you.

My partner and I are launching a property management company in Northwest FL, primarily located in Fort Walton Beach. A massively key component to our startup is to hire a full time property manager. We'd like them to have a real estate license, and be the type of individual who be very reliable. I'd love to extend the offer to BP and team up with someone in the community.
