Hi Nick, my husband and I purchased a condo in 55West five years ago, BEFORE it turned into a condo/hotel rental building. We opted out of our sale and were even able to recoup our deposit; however, I'm still wondering if we made the right decision. I love downtown Orlando. I hope you enjoy your new venture there.

If so, do investors normally invest/purchase on the anticipation of the market recouping, rather than trying to come in with very low offer?
