The conventional loan side I have found to be difficult, but commercial loans for residential properties (1-4 units) there are some good lenders. By far my favorite is in your backyard. Florence Savings Bank. Country Bank and LUSO Federal Credit Union are good too.

@Edward Dones, attend the Western Mass REIA meetings. There are two HML's that come periodically and there are a few more that are accessible through the group's Facebook page. Most want you or a member on your team to have experience. -Bob
