New member from Western Massachusetts

My name is Ramon Alvarez and I'm looking to get into flipping homes in the Western Massachusetts area . Currently own a single family and a two family home for long term . Looking to get my first flip done this year with my brother and maybe be able to do a few more as time goes on . Anyone in Western Mass or surrounding areas know of any private lenders ? Getting tradition loans for something like this is not very easy in this area . Hoping maybe someone can steer me in the right direction . Thanks .
