By the way...

I work nights, which means most of my days are open. I want to make that most of that time getting my business that invest in real estate off the ground.

So any insight about how I can best use the 20+ hours I have available each week, it would be greatly appreciated.

Dope video Brandon. I skimmed through the guide earlier this week, and plan on reading it tonite.

Thanks again for the support. After leaving the Fortune Builders event, I had know clue how I was going to get started.

Then, something told me to Google real estate investing, and BiggerPockets was one of the first sites that stuck out to me...

I've been reading articles, listening to podcast and on the forum since.

I finally woke up and realized I needed to start building some wealth in my life.

Earlier this month I attended a 3-Day Fortune Builders event, and really enjoyed myself.

My biggest takeaway was getting a real estate investing education.

My mind is flooded with opportunity, but I want to get off to a great start. I don't want to rush into anything, but I also don't want to let paralysis by analysis keep me from moving forward.

I want to get started with wholesaling single-family houses in the Los Angeles area. And from there, eventually move into rehabbing single-family homes. After that, have my business systemized to the point where I can start investing out of start.

One of my goals is to find a local Bigger Pockets mentor who's in the LA area.

If you're available, I believe we have an opportunity to collaborate. I know i have skills that you can benefit from and you have local knowledge that I know I can benefit from.

Let me know if you're interested.

That's what I told myself. Better yet, that's what I've made a commitment to do. Being a newbie to personally investing in real estate, my goal is to close a wholesale deal by the end of the year - 2013.

I've attended a Fortune Builders 3-day event, which is actually how I found BiggerPockets - someone at the event mentioned it, and I will be attending a Real Estate Investing Club meeting next week.

I'm motivated and serious...

Nevertheless, I'm new to this game, and eager to learn the art of wholesaling.

As a web developer by trade, I can help my fellow real estate investors who are struggling to get leads setup their own automated lead generation system.

So if you're wholesaling in the Los Angeles area, and need help setting up your own automated lead generation system, lets link up.

I believe we'd have an opportunity to collaborate.

See you in the clouds.

Thanks Brandon, Joshua, and Tony!

I've already began reading the beginners guide and listened to podcast #18 (pretty good stuff by the way).

All in all, I really feel confident about what the Bigger Pockets community has to offer.

Thanks again gents!

Keep it Wealthy,
Dhane

Greetings Fellow Real Estate Investors,

The real estate investing business has been my families bread and butter. Unfortunately, they never felt a need to teach me the business. Instead, they chose to outsource my financial education to the school district, which til this day doesn't offer a single financial education class.

I'm here to learn any and everything I can about the real estate investing business. If you're in LA, I'd love to link up with you to discuss to business or just to hang out with someone of like-mindedness.

By trade, I am a web developer, so as I build my education in real estate investing, I will also be working with real estate professionals - agents, brokers, and investors - who need help using online marketing tools to generate buyers and sellers leads.

I'm looking forward to poring over the many articles that are already here, and as I build my own experiences, sharing them with you!

See you in the clouds...

Make it a great day Champ!

Keep it Wealthy,
Dhane
