Anyone familiar with buying in this city? We have an opportunity to buy a 3/2 SFR, all the numbers look okay but I’m concerned about the exit strategy (basically resale) since we are planning to Buy & Hold. It’s on the outskirts of Fort Worth and I’m in AZ so any help or ideas would be welcomed.

What would you lose if you try?

Hello Gentlemen,

I'm by no means experienced here but we just closed on a SFR last month and we are currently looking at another deal soon. So finding deals on the MLS might be hard to find but they are out there.

Glad to see that there are other Arizona investors out there. I have been looking to set up a Meet-up in the East Valley. Interested? Let me know.

I apologize in advance if I'm posting this in a totally wrong area. I am a new investor and closed on my first SFR two weeks ago and we are working on getting it rental ready. Pretty excited about this and I am looking to network with other investors in the Tempe, Chandler area. Anybody in this area too?
