Quick question, Can I buy an investment property by taking a temporary withdrawal from my IRA Account and avoid paying taxes/10% penalties by putting the money back in the account within 60 days from the time of the withdrawal?

Can this be done on an investment property without tax implications?

Anybody knows an insurance company that will cover me as a landlord for tenants that have Pitbulls? I have a good applicant for one of my rentals but he has two Pitbulls registered as "emotional support animals" and I'm trying to find out how protect myself from such liability. Not sure how to proceed on this case.

I m a landlord in the process of moving to another city soon and i m planning to rent my current residence and self-manage it from long distance (fun times!).
