Hello Everyone,

I m a landlord in the process of moving to another city soon and i m planning to rent my current residence and self-manage it from long distance (fun times!). I m in need of a good real estate attorney with reasonable prices in the Miami area that can help me out put together a good lease agreement. Any recommendations are highly appreciated.
