Both I and my wife are real estate agents with weicherts. If you share your contact details, my wife or I will call you. We also have 3 rental units in jersey city and have been renting for 5 years. our average tenant stays in the rental for 3 years. We do through background check to ensure good tenants that will be able to pay rent and  good match to the unit.

I recently completed my real estate course, took the state exam, and passed.

I took the course from Weicherts real estate school. I took my vacation from my day job and went to school 9-5 two weeks. The teacher (Frank) was great and cared about students. I suggest the same way. I know that it might harsh to give up vacation for going to school, but you can not gain without sacrifice. 

Meanwhile, amazon local deals has a coupon where you pay half price for the school which is $169.

Hi Kenneth, I also started investing in Jersey City two years ago. One of my properties got impacted by Irene and Sandy, but thought a lot to me. I am trying to get some new ones in the area. In order to help with my investments, I also got my real estate License. In my day life, I am a program manager and data scientist.
