Hi,
I am in vacation in Dominican Republic and exposed to some local condos. I am checking them and trying to get number to see the cash flow.
However, does any of you have experience with Dominican Republic and what would be your suggestions?

we have a condo there for personal use. We love the Dominican Republic!!!
condo prices are fairly cheap and you have to be careful as they sometimes don't rent well. All inclusives are cheap and so people coming for a week or two often pick that rather than rent. If you do buy, remember you would likely have to rent to visitors as the rent locals can pay is low. Go into a community that has property management. They don't have a good system to advertise your condo. Go as close to the beach as you can and in a community that has easy access to all the amenities.
