I use Hostaway as well. It works very well for me with 7 properties. My only comment would be that they get you set up with 4 sessions to get set up and I felt like it got me to about 50% of what Hostaway can do and the rest was up to me. I expected to be fully set up after the 4 sessions and now 5 months later I feel like I’m utilizing about 80%. The customer service has been great at assisting to get me to that point.
All said, I am happy with my decision and can see the benefit to help me scale my business.

Hey Jake, I have always had issues uploading them. I was told that I needed to jump through a few hoops to get it to work and decided it was easier to just email it to the tenants.

We rented it for 2 years then they put in regulations. Not ideal. We are lucky, it went from profitable to paying for itself and we are getting to use it more so it’s not the worst thing. Others didn't end up as well.
