Hello everyone,

I just bought my first townhouse 2 months ago. After the 1st month it is starting to become a nightmare because my neighbors tenants are extremely noise. Recently I learned from multiple neighbors in the community that the police got involved many times because this tenant plays loud music at nights and rides his unlicensed motorcycle up and down the road.

I asked them nicely to keep it down but they don’t seems to care. I know that they rent for sure.

There is multiple police records shows that they terrible noise. And also there are reports at the HOA about the neighbors complaints. My question is what should I do? Is there a way to contact the original owner and let him know about this problem? Or can I start a petition with the other neighbors and try to evict these problematic tenants?

I appreciate every answer.

Hi everyone.

First time home buyer in the greater Denver area looking for real estate investors to network with. Currently in the process to get my real estate license to gain more knowledge about the industry. Also read some investing books and listen a lot of podcasts here on BP. Trying to buy my first property in October but in the mean time I try to gain as much knowledge as I can. Appreciate every comment and looking forward to meet some of you.

Thank you!
