Hi everyone.

First time home buyer in the greater Denver area looking for real estate investors to network with. Currently in the process to get my real estate license to gain more knowledge about the industry. Also read some investing books and listen a lot of podcasts here on BP. Trying to buy my first property in October but in the mean time I try to gain as much knowledge as I can.
