i am considering to buy a 2k Sqft house in porter TX to rent out. How is the area? Almost all of the area are around 2k rental.

Also, does not look like the area is prone to flooding.

I got an application of a 44 year old lady US citizen with no credit history , good income to cover the rental but no credit history.

Answer was that she was recently divorced and husband used to handle finannces.
