Pflugerville Rental Market

Hello Newbie here ... I wanted to ask question about Pflugerville rental market


I am thinking of getting a 4 Bed property  .... Last year I was on sideline but now Prices  + Interest Rate  has come down so I will break even instead of negative cash flow.  I want to go for long term appreciation.

It looks like a good suburb with  good schools . I like that it is close to Austin & Round Rock tech scene. Is rental market good ?
