Hey fellow investors. We have a special edition of our meetup this month you won’t want to miss. We will be touring two active flips of Alan Siebenaler's in the Bel Air and Mission Canyon neighborhoods of Santa Barbara. Due to the nature of this event, it is necessary that you RSVP and that you arrive at the first location on time at 6pm Thursday March 20th, 2025. We will send you the address of the first location in Bel Air when we receive your RSVP. You can RSVP by emailing or texting Baird at bairdking@gmail.com or 805-705-5667. Look for our sign (like the banner, above) outside the house when you arrive. We will start off with quick introductions before touring the first project, then we will caravan to the second location for a tour. Depending on timing and interest, we may continue the meetup at another location following the second tour.

For those who don’t know Alan, he is an experienced investor and has performed many flips in the Santa Barbara area. I have seen his work first hand, and I can attest that it is inspirational! On top of that, he happens to be a great guy.

Note to new members regarding our normal event:

This is a monthly informal happy hour. We typically meet on the third Thursday of each month at Third Window Brewing Company at 406 E Haley St#3, Santa Barbara, CA.

Third Window moved us to the Barrel Room in the back left of the courtyard at the last minute. Call me if you can’t find us. Sorry for the change!

When I talk about my investments I don’t talk about a 4 unit ugly building in (insert boring/cheap state in the US).

I talk about Europe! I talk about travel. I talk about Croatia and how far it’s come since we bought three years ago and how I love it more each year.

Have only lightly looked into it as we have been so heavily focused here, but also because we haven’t had a connection.
