Can you give general neighborhood (non-address) examples of some of the smaller and larger properties so we can see the difference.  Include price and bedroom count information.

Is there any way the 7-day fade can be an optional setting, toggled on or off by each user?  I'd really prefer to just see them disappear immediately as they used to, it is taking a lot of effort to wade through the already cleared posts to find the ones that haven't been read yet.  Thanks in advance.
