Hi! I am a licensed broker associate in South FL that is now exploring the sales side of the real estate world. I have been in property management for the past 16 years, so I have tons of knowledge there. I am looking to partner with an investor to not only learn, but assist in buying and selling properties. My long term strategy will be to open my own brokerage and work mainly with investor clients who want to fix/flip or fix/hold. Anyone interested?

You only get the score if you FAIL from PearsonVue. If you pass, it is just a pass.

Hi! I am investor-friendly as I am looking to invest myself and work with primarily investors in my business. I am located in South FL. I am just getting started on the sales side, but I have been in property management for 16 years and have a wealth of knowledge to share in that area as well.

I have a friend who just signed with Keller Williams in Scottsdale. I am also new with them here in FL. Hands down the best training and set up for success. I interviewed a few brokers and just did not like the culture or vibe of the office. This believe it or not makes a difference in what you do. Best wishes on finding a place to succeed!! Let me know how I can help! Ayana Lugo

An unlicensed assistant is just an assistant to the agent. Not an investor looking to perform licensable acts. An assistant can basically inform the public of facts only. They cannot market, access the MLS, or perform and real estate services.

I also uses RE Express and passed the salesperson and the broker exam for FL. For the salesperson course I suggest taking a cram session a day or two you take the exam for the FL specific information. OR read the FL statutes that come with the online course. It will be the best way to pass the test.

Hi! I am a FL agent and I just brokered with Keller Williams. I have been licensed for a while, but only did property management. I decided to go with Keller Williams for the extensive amount of training offered. I plan to work with investors and eventually invest myself. But I am learning the real estate basics first.
