I am an Investor from Israel, flipped few houses here in my country.

Lately I started looking on Philladelphia Market, but the Market is very hot, its almost impossible to fined a good deal over there. so I am thinking of moving to Memphis (look a little bit cooler, and the median price for a house is lawer).

If there are any Investors here working there, I would like to get your opinion.

I am an Investor from Israel, started not so long ago working in Philadelphia.

Unfortunately the Market is very hot, everything is going very fast and the prices already to high, so there is almost no "AIR" and it doesn't make any sense to make flips over there which is my goal. (its more like a rental market now from what I have seen).

I am looking for a new area.

any suggestions?
