Hedge fund is definitely there. I am currently rehabbing a home in Historic West End that I'm confident will do well. If your in Historic West End the ARV is higher anything outside you may not get the higher comps (to my understanding). It's very spotty. You can get a nice profit but be prepared it may sit for a while.

I have two properties so far but Im looking to do some marketing for leads. Would you post the sample letter to the question from Michele. If it's not too much to ask would you post the sample letter for a lot of prospects and more motivated prospects? Much much appreciated.
