Hello BP!! Can anyone recommend great contractors and an investor friendly realtor familiar with the atlanta area for a flip??

I have a few I've placed offers on but there's one in atlanta I'm extremely interested in. I spoke with the listing agent and he said its available. Very shocking in Atlanta! Do you know any good realtors and contractors in Atlanta? I'm looking to build a team. I'd like to start part time then eventually go full time.
