@Rick Pozos All Hard money lenders I have found are big companies, and they run your credit and have to prove bank statements... where can I find lenders that it’s strictly based on the deal? Thanks

Hello, I am new to flipping houses and have a couple questions. I live in Murfreesboro, TN which is 30 minutes south of Nashville. I will need a private lender to fund the deals that I will be getting from wholesalers. I do not have the financial requirements to get the loans.

-Can someone else get a private loan for me, acquire the house, put the house in my name and I make 100% profit?

- If that is possible, what contracts/process do I need to do to make that happen.

I’m wanting to start investing and getting into the game and I know there is wholesaling, flipping houses, renting etc... what do you think I should start out with..

I currently have no credit but I am gradually building it.. so buying a fixer upper would be hard for me unless there was another way around it...
