Getting into Real Estate
Hello.! I am 18 Years old and I own a remodeling business... I have found a love for real estate and I have learned a lot lately.
I’m wanting to start investing and getting into the game and I know there is wholesaling, flipping houses, renting etc... what do you think I should start out with..
I currently have no credit but I am gradually building it.. so buying a fixer upper would be hard for me unless there was another way around it...
Please let me know.! Thank you.
