Hello, my name is Austin Richey. I am currently looking for a duplex or triplex in the central florida area. I would really like to find homes in Orlando, Tampa, and Davenport specifically. I'm also interested in other areas in central Florida just would like to start my search off in these areas. Me and a friend are looking to buy a rental property for our first investment home. Our price range is about $100,000-$125,000. We will be obtaining an FHA loan due to the amount of funds we have at the moment. Plan on moving in August or September, right now I'm planning ahead so the transition is smoother. You can reach me at my email or you can simply post in the forums here. Really appreciate your kindess in reading this post.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Austin Richey

Thanks for the responses everyone and all the advice good and bad. However I was just wondering what you personally would do with 15,000.
Hello I'm looking for an investor friendly real estate agent from both Illinois and Florida. I'm currently looking for homes in both states to invest in and rent out! Please shoot me a message and hopefully we can connect and get this ball rolling for my first investment home. Thanks in advance, Austin Richey

What if you had 15,000 in your possession right now. What would you do with the money to make more money?
Hello, thanks for the tips everyone. I currently have 2 secured credit cards, 1 auto loan, and 1 student loan. It seems like my credit is sitting still right now, my fico is almost at 625 I'm trying to acquire and Fha loan. Should I grab another secured credit card to boost it up??

Hello, i'm looking to raise my credit to it's maximum potential. Can someone please tell me some good information on how to go about doing that? I'm sure it's thousands of experts out there with this knowledge.

Thanks in advance,

Austin Richey

Thank you guys. Following your instructions, hopefully I can become a good real estate investor like you guys.

Hello, i'm very interested into working for anyone free of charge just to learn the ropes of flipping homes. I know you're probably thinking that taking a risk on someone you don't know is difficult.

However I have a maintenance background and I can send my resume over for you to review! I'm from the Chicago area originally and one thing I know about us in Chicago we are true go getters.

Like I said i'm willing to work free of charge! My only advantage would be is learning from someone who's already in the flipping and investing business.

Thanks in advance,

Austin Richey
