Hello, my name is Austin Richey. I am currently looking for a duplex or triplex in the central florida area. I would really like to find homes in Orlando, Tampa, and Davenport specifically. I'm also interested in other areas in central Florida just would like to start my search off in these areas. Me and a friend are looking to buy a rental property for our first investment home. Our price range is about $100,000-$125,000. We will be obtaining an FHA loan due to the amount of funds we have at the moment.
