Dear all,

Over a period of 20 years, I have been refining the infrastructure to permit people to raise capital for their own deals. Unlike the usual way of doing this, which can be quite complex, I use a streamlined banking-style approach where you raise capital by offering savings accounts to your investors. If anyone reading this would like to learn how to do this, please message me and I'll get you started.

Regards,

Austin.

Quote from @Preston Dawson:

@Austin Fowler do you mind sharing with me your Turnkey which you have had success with?

I have 15 SFRs with REI nation. Their average cap rate is over 2 points higher than my average 30-year fixed mortgage rate. Plenty of cash flow to hold on to them indefinitely. Happy to go through this in detail with anyone that is interested in connecting with me.

Quote from @Lane Kawaoka:

Probably time to move past turnkey and SFHS. It took me to 11 of them in 2015 to realize that accredited investors move away from direct investments in non scalable rentals.

I am an accredited investor and find professional managed SFRs highly scalable. There are managed funds that have thousands of them.

Has anyone had great experiences with a turn key provider? I have 33 SFRs across 8 states and 15 of these are with a turn key provider that has been spectacular, but I'd love to expand the list of providers I know that are great and trustworthy from just 1 to something greater than 1... Would love to trade experiences.

Hi Katie – thanks for your post! I am looking to work with someone locally, I really value being able to meet people face-to-face… I have a good CPA and real estate agent to work with, so it's really legal advice on asset protection and someone to manage that side of my investing that I'm looking for.

I am new to rental real estate investing in LA, but have existing assets to protect, and would like to focus on asset protection from the beginning. Can anyone recommend a good real estate lawyer that can help me with leases and entities and anything else required to achieve this?
