@Julie Clark Thanks for the information. I'm still learning King County's record systems, do you know where to look for tax record payment information? Here's an example of a property I'm able to look up.http://info.kingcounty.gov/Assessor/eRealProperty/Dashboard.aspx?ParcelNbr=4361200030

I've obtained a list of code enforcement violation for nearly 200 properties. I'd say about 85% of the list is workable (as in they are residential buildings that investors might want to purchase and/or not totally condemned). So I've just got the address of the property thats received the violation. How would I go about finding the mailing address or contact information for the property owner? I've looked at the county property records, and most the time I can find the property there, along with a name (more often an LLC). How do I find the contact information for the property owner?

P.S. this is for the purposes of wholesaling and this is in Seattle, Washington

I'm starting off wholesaling and it took me maybe five hours to set up podio (off / on work and a lot of tinkering). Its free to start (under 5 employees), and I'm not sure if Zoho is free to start.

Within a month I was working PT for multiple top producers. Didn't pay well but I learned a ton.

Thats a good idea, thanks for the tip.

First I think there is a little confusion, I'm not looking at trying to lead an agent jog. I'm trying to get in as an assistant with either a real estate agent or some other position in the real estate industry. Second, I'm not interested in getting my license at this time for personal reasons.

@Franklin Romine If I had contact numbers, I would be calling people. I've got a background in lead calling ( I used to work as a recruiter), so getting on the phone

isnt too hard for me. Most of the leads I'm finding are on craigslist.

Thank for the suggestions so far everyone.

@Kim Handelman I am getting ready to do something very similar with my best friend who lives in Seattle- wer're working the seattle market. We are handling the arrangements like this: I am doing the upfront/back of house type work, setting up mailing campaigns, setting up the lead tracking crm (podio), talking to prospective leads and finding out as much info as possible, and then scheduling property inspections. My friend is then going out and inspecting the property, estimating costs, and reporting that information into the CRM. We are both pulling comps (he's better than I am at the moment due to prior real estate experience but I'll eventually take it over). I'll figure out what price we can offer, and then he is making  the offer and closing the deal (he's a much better negotiator than I am). He's also networking with local buyers. For mailing/marketing budget, I'm fronting 70% of the cost and he's fronting 30% of the cost. Right now were splitting profits me 45% and him 30% with the remaining going back into marketing. We'll switch off to an even split once the business is able to support its own marketing efforts/ i've recouped by initial investment.
