@Darien Ici. I understand that is a lot of money, but the ROI is good in my opinion. I would do it myself, as long as everything else checks out, and you plan to hold it for a long time. This is the type of property I'm looking for. It's much better investment than most people make with a 401k through their employer at 7% average return.

Just saying high. I’ve had the investment property itch for a while now and I’m finally getting serious. I’ve decided it’s something I need to do.

Looking to buy a SFH or duplex in the spring of 2020.

About 10 years ago when looking for my first home I looked at a 4plex but decided against it. When selling our last home I looked into renting it out, but decided against it. I didn’t realize how good rental properties could be at the time. But I have had an awakening and am really excited to get started.

@Tim Crosby sounds like a 3rd quote would give you a better fix on pricing.
