Hello Everyone,

Just saying high. I’ve had the investment property itch for a while now and I’m finally getting serious. I’ve decided it’s something I need to do.

Looking to buy a SFH or duplex in the spring of 2020.

About 10 years ago when looking for my first home I looked at a 4plex but decided against it. When selling our last home I looked into renting it out, but decided against it. I didn’t realize how good rental properties could be at the time. But I have had an awakening and am really excited to get started.
