Post: New heating setup on a 2/1 flip----First flip!

Hello BP members!

I finally found my first deal and I want to "make it work!" There is currently NO heating in the house, just an AC with duct work under the flooring. I found a post from a few years ago pricing a new heating install it at $7-9K.

#1: I want to know if that is still the going rate to put in a new furnace and duct work or should I expect more?

#2: Since this is my first flip, is this too much of hassle to deal with my first time around?

Thanks BP family, and a Happy New Year!

ps. my market is Indianapolis (its COLD)

@Anthony Lynch The deal might be gone now, but the area isn’t the best. However, it’s slowly making a move. If you or any other investor is looking to buy in the Indianapolis marke, please reach out to me. I live and flip in the Indy market  Always down to help others out

@Mindy Jensen I purchased mine 2 days ago! I’m so excited to start my 90 day journey and receive the code to the mastermind group. When will the first session begin??? Hopefully, I didn’t purchase too late

Hey Rene! I use the new mailing address since that will most likely give you a valid and current phone number. Good luck!

Hello fellow BP members!

I am new to the website and very much appreciate everyone's expertise.

This is the first distressed property I found through a wholesaler to fix and flip. The wholesale contract expires in a few days and I don't know if were able to close that quickly. What happens after the contract expires? Can we contact the property owner directly and purchase from him?  (ps. the wholesaler already has already extended the contract, so this is it)

Thanks all!
