Looking to Network in Indy!

Hi all,

I have 2 traditional rentals in Indy and am setting up a 3rd for airbnb.  I have been having a lot of difficulty finding reliable people to work with (contractors, handymen, house cleaners, etc.) and would welcome any and all referrals.  I would also love to get together for coffee and just share stories, frustrations, tips, etc. and meet like-minded people in the area!

Hey Jen! Congrats on the properties. I'll be rolling on my first personal airbnb in Indy this winter as well! I started a general contracting company to work on my personal rehabs as well as rehabs for my investors. Happy to offer it as a resource to as well. Feel free to PM me!
