@Bill Gulley Need your expertise on how I would structure a deal where the seller has lease to own land contract that pays them $660/mo over 30 years. They are in year 15 of this contract and currently pay $406/mo to the bank. property worth approx $100k with $50k owed on original note.

They no longer want to hassle with collecting payment and are willing to let me take over on collecting the payments and paying the lender making the $254/mo on the spread. Would this be a subject to on a note? I'm waiting to hear back from my real estate attorney thought I'd reach out on here for advice on how to work this.

@Danny Johnson First of all let me say thank you for reaching out and doing everything you could to get to the root of the problem. Mistakes happen and I realize that even the best companies have them from time to time, but only the very best care enough not only to correct the problem but go above and beyond to make their customers feel both appreciated and satisfied with the end result!

So I have been a Lead Propeller customer for just over 2 months and so far I am NOT impressed by their customer service, or should I say lack thereof. I respect Danny Johnson and his contributions to BP and I think that he has a very easy to use website builder for re investors. The problem is I have made several attempts over that past few weeks to contact them via phone and email and have not received a single call or email back! Very disappointed at their low level of customer service and feel "Ghosted" by the support staff, ready to take my business to OnCarrot!
