I have used their services in the past and had great success with response rates. Just be prepared to be overwhelmed with unmotivated leads and have an efficient system to followup and get through them to the good ones. You can do most of what they do for a alot cheaper however their list and response rates are 2nd to none. Ultimately I stopped bc I wasn't setup correctly to maximize my ROI so I chose to focus are perfecting my systems and processes and find cheaper alternatives to marketing and send mail. Honestly I have nothing bad to say about them as Gary Boomershine and his team really have your best interests at heart. They have dozens of re Investors doing 7 figures + using their systems. Only negative thoughts are you don't have access or control of your own lists (you're paying alot of money for) and their VA Ninja phone team wasn't all that effective for me compared to alternative options out there.
