To get an LLC in Maryland, you need a "Resident Agent." This must be someone who lives in Maryland. However the Resident Agent does not have to be an owner of the company and the owners of the LLC are not in the public record.

I live in Norway, outside of US. What I want is to have a company sudivision that are registered in US. That also protects me as private person, like LLC. This also so partners know that it is a thrustworthy business/concept. I work through internett and thereby I am not physical in the US.

Also, can a LLC or other company type work in all US or just registered state.

is it possible for a foreigner to register a LLC in the us.Or must he be a us citisen and/or live in us to do so.

In future want to do business in different countries since I find projects to invest in different countries.

It works where I am living.

I.e if buying/selling a car. We write agreement that car is sold as is and free from dept.

Also if you not actually own apartment or are going to pay for apartment but just are third party it is easiest just to write a agreement. It would be expensive to have a lawyer for each referral, it will might cost more than what you earn. Sometimes some sort of agreement and trust can get you long way, and avoid people you smell troble from.

Does anyone know about a website to find craftsmen. Where I can place ad of what I need then the craftsmen give a pricesuggestion?

Here in Norway craiglist looks a kind of prehistoric. I see that it is automaticly show ads from your area. But it maybee does work?

How is the us law with regards to selling real estate. Do you have to be a agent to have a advertisin site?

Just write a document (contract). where you state points i.e 5% of rental, or just one time fee. Get the terms, your benefits and his (Good that the other have benefits, so he will agree). Also state the length of the deal, for example as long as having the apartmant, or 1 year, as long as user rentswhich ever apartment of landlord. Just think what benefits you in long run,but within good reasoning.

Sign it with eventually one or twor witnesses.
Easy as that. Harder way is going through a lawyer, but normal people would not make troubles with agreement they have signed up on.

This way you have a paper on it.

Agree on that you need to use a other strategy in the next house. Have you thought off investing in others projects, with returns on invested amount? This way you go outside the repairs and other hassles. If you do all work yourself, it must be timeconsuming ?

The whole story can be so much. All from taxes, to repairs and replacement of tenants.

I checked your project and did some calculation. You will have have a return of 20% yearly( assuming you have rentals 10 out of 12 months). This can be good if you do not get any huge expenses coming the first years. But i would recomend a higher yield, because you also need to save, this so you do not need additional loans for repairs.

Please add me as a colleague, this so we can network in BP.

Hi hust wondering if there any good classified webshops in the US. In Norway we have [url]www.Finn.no[url], that have it all; real estate agents, car sellers, and ordinary classifieds and other. In Norway they have outcompeted almost every type of marketplace and competition. I know ebay, but want to find a good site that offer more userfriendlyness and not a jungle of everything.

Sites for individual states or entire areas is okey.
