Which is best CALL to Action for my Property Management Business Card.....?

1. "Thinking about your home...?

.....Call XYZ Property Management"

2. "Why Are You Wrestling With Nasty, Late or Whiny Tenants When I Can Do It For You?"

3. "Call XXX-XXX-XXXX for a free Rental Analysis on your home"

4. These are all terrible options..... Write this _________

We have a current tenant who wants to BUY our buy n hold.... BUT can't afford DP...?

My seller WANTS to sell THIS YEAR..... 

what creative rent back options do I have to get the buyer a mortgage and secure time for them to get property DP by end of year.....?

Anyway to seller finance the DP?

this is the cheapest I've seen by a long shot.... is the quality good?

I feel like this is a MUST option for rentals....

despite popular decision, my thinking for #2 is that a majority of my clients are "unintentional landlords"

and actually have "peace of mind" as priority, where they really just look to me to make sure their sh*t is straight.....

Also, good feedback I got on facebook is that #2 would also very well translate to marketing to tenants looking at my listings......

Any of this credible or carry any weight in marketing for you guys?......

Chris T. i like it, haven't listed on it.... does it get a lot of leads?

The Top Ones are the Usual....

- Craigslist

- Zillow (hotpads, trulia)

- MLS

But what are the extra sites you've had to get MORE leads to find tenants to add to this list?? 

Here's a few that have worked for me....

- ahrn.com (military)

- facebook ads

- apartments.com
