I have a opportunity to buy a mobile home in a MH park. Do I do a typical contract and title co closing ? Is there need to do a title search ? Is there need for concerns with liens ? Or is it just cash for keys / title type of transaction? I'm going to meet the seller in about 1 hour. Sept. 12th 11:00 am central time. In Texas. If you can share these answers or would like to spend a few minutes on the phone my number is 806-853-7112 Thanks Jeff

I am wondering if BP has a specific place to advertise our REIA ?

I disagree @Joshua Dorkin and @Steve Babiak I just sent 3 colleague request and got banned for spamming. All my message said was "Hello Im am a real estate investor looking to network. I am the President of the Lubbock REIA". - Thats it! just 3 I hardly see 3 request as bulk, does anyone else agree with that?

Thanks for your help @Jaren Barnes,

but the system is just way over sensitive. I changed my message from the original one (basically just says who i am) tried 3 more colleague request and it banned me again. Seriously? I want to become more involved with bigger pockets but as the viral quote says "Aint nobody got time for that" Im here to say Im just networking not trying to sell people products or any junk like that, I am the President of my local REIA and have a heart for teaching, like Josh and Brandon, I listen to their podcast all the time. So either loosen the reigns a bit or loose a good investor.

I need assistance navigating thru BP to find a admin to answer my question and fix my account.

I have already emailed the contact us deal yesterday but I didnt want to wait til tomorrow to get a answer.

All I did is go to network/find friends and it showed me many in my area so I did 2 colleague request and the 3rd one locked me out and says im banned for being a spammer. TURN DOWN FOR WHAT? This makes me want to upgrade to pro real SLOW

I guess I should of mentioned that this sq ft prices are working locally here in West Texas.

I do understand different parts of the country are totally different.

We have properties retail for $150,000 that are 3000 sq ft if that gives you a idea.
