Hey everyone! I am planning to buy a multifamily property and house hack it. Since I’m only 22 I don’t have much to put as a down payment so fha is my best choice. One concern I have is that I am required to live in it, and my research couldn’t really provide me with any information on how long I have to live in it? I am not planning to rent it right away, but I also don’t want to be required to live there for the 30 years (30 year loan). Any info will help, thanks!

Hello everyone. I just moved to Miami and want to start my real estate career. I am looking for any buying agents, preferably with some experience and background. If you have someone you have worked with, please let me know! Thanks

Thank you Wayne! I will have to take a careful look at people when I am going to look for contractors!

Thank you Mark! I am looking forward to actually drive around and find out what those areas can offer, I am planning to come over for a few days and find out the area and the neighborhood within them.

Hello everyone! I am brand new in here. Currently studying a lot to learn more about FLipping houses. I am moving to Miami with cash, so I am looking for any advices, tips, recommendations for buying agents, attorneys and so on. I have never done anything related to real estate except manage few rentals that my parents owe. I am open to any information you can provide!

I also begun to scan the areas for a good place to start in, but haven't had a chance to actually drive around and see the area, so if you have any suggestions regarding that as well, I will really appreciate.
